Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment must be received before your order is processed and dispatched.

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and delivery location.

D’Lux Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, beauty products, and any used or opened items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs where possible so we can assess the issue.

Where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods.

This policy does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Beauty Services

Appointments may require advance booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Clients should disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or other relevant information before treatment.

D’Lux Beauty is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Our fragrances are luxury-inspired scents and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with any designer brands or trademark owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, D’Lux Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product or service supplied.
