Our Policies
Returns Policy
At D’Lux Beauty, we want you to love your fragrance.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a perfume has been opened, used, or sprayed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will assess the issue and, where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:
- Change your mind
- Choose the wrong scent
- Do not like the fragrance after opening it
- Have already used or sprayed the product
Unopened Items
At our discretion, we may accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
