Health & Safety

At D’Lux Beauty, your safety is important to us. Please read the following information before using our products.

For External Use Only

Our perfumes are for external use only. Do not ingest or apply to broken, irritated, or damaged skin.

Patch Testing

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before regular use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Avoid Contact with Eyes

Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Flammable

Our perfumes contain alcohol and are highly flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition. Do not spray near fire.

Keep Out of Reach of Children

Store perfumes safely out of the reach of children and pets.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to help maintain the quality of the fragrance.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that may be affected by fragrances, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.

D’Lux Beauty offers high-quality inspired fragrances. Our products are independently created and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with the original designer brands.

Returns Policy

At D’Lux Beauty, we want you to love your fragrance.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a perfume has been opened, used, or sprayed.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:

  • Change your mind
  • Choose the wrong scent
  • Do not like the fragrance after opening it
  • Have already used or sprayed the product

Unopened Items

At our discretion, we may accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
