Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. D’Lux Beauty cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier company to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on:
- Perfumes
- Beauty products
- Beauty tools or accessories
- Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where required.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
Refund Proccessing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
